About Mitchell Universal Network, LLC
EXECUTIVE EDUCATION FOR Technology adoption
Mitchell Universal Network, LLC provides executive education for technology adoption and change management. We teach corporate, healthcare, and mission-driven leaders how to close the 70% transformation failure gap with proven methodologies.
Founded by Donna P. Mitchell, The Transformation Authority™ brings 48 years of Fortune 500 operational experience, including managing $7.2B portfolios and $177M budgets that couldn't fail. Our frameworks are built from real-world transformations across telecommunications, aviation/government, airline, healthcare/pharmaceutical, and Web3/AI sectors.
We serve three sectors:
CORPORATE: Fortune 500 enterprises closing the technology adoption gap through proven change management frameworks.
HEALTHCARE: Hospital systems and medical organizations leading technology change without losing clinician trust or patient care quality.
MISSION-DRIVEN & FAITH-BASED: Religious organizations, nonprofits, and faith-based institutions implementing change while protecting organizational culture and purpose.
Through virtual executive briefings, workshops, and keynote presentations, we teach leaders the adoption frameworks that separate the 30% who succeed from the 70% who fail.
Our approach: We don't build your AI strategy. We teach you how to lead it.

Today, as CEO of Mitchell Universal Network LLC and The Transformation Authority™, Donna delivers executive briefings that close the adoption gap—the real reason 70% of technology transformations fail.
