About Mitchell Universal Network, LLC

An independent firm built on a single idea: the people matter.

Mitchell Universal Network, LLC is an independent executive education and advisory firm specializing in the human side of technology adoption — across corporate, healthcare, and mission-driven institutions. We teach leaders how to close the gap between where change is decided and where it is lived: the distance between deployment and durable adoption, where most transformations are won or lost.

Founded by Donna P. Mitchell, The Transformation Authority™, the firm brings forty-nine years of Fortune 500 operational experience — including a $7.2B portfolio and $177M budgets that could not fail — to institutions of every size. The depth of a major firm, without the machine, and the judgment that comes from having been in the room when it mattered.

  • Corporate & Mid-Market: Enterprises closing the technology adoption gap through proven frameworks.
  • Healthcare: Hospital systems and medical organizations leading change without losing clinician trust or patient care quality.
  • Mission-Driven & Faith-Based: Institutions modernizing while protecting culture and purpose.

Through virtual executive briefings, workshops, and keynotes, we teach leaders the adoption frameworks that separate the 30% who succeed from the 70% who fail. We do not run your transformation. We equip your leaders to lead it — and to bring their people with them.

About Donna P. Mitchell

As Project Manager for e-Commerce & Global Distribution at US Airways, Donna managed a $7.2B portfolio, led the Interline Electronic Ticketing project in joint development with United Airlines, and worked across the global distribution systems — Amadeus, Worldspan, Priceline, Orbitz, GetThere. She enabled over 150,000 professionals and navigated critical infrastructure decisions during the industry's most challenging periods. Her sixteen years engaging physicians and health systems at Johnson & Johnson taught her to communicate complex change to skeptical audiences — a discipline now applied to the people side of technology adoption.

Today, as CEO of Mitchell Universal Network, LLC and The Transformation Authority™, Donna advises corporate, healthcare, and mission-driven leaders on closing the adoption gap — the real reason 70% of technology transformations fail. She is author of Pivoting to Technology Adoption: Mind the Gap and host of the IAB-certified podcast of the same name — 120+ executive conversations across 64 countries.
