Executive PR
The door is open.
Visibility of this kind is often assumed to belong to someone bigger, louder, or further along. It does not. Executive PR is built for the leader whose record is real and whose public presence has not yet caught up to it.
The Opportunity
You have done the work. Your record can show it.
In healthcare, technology, aviation, and other regulated fields, buyers check before they call. They read the fine print. They search your name. They ask an AI assistant who is credible in your field. What comes back shapes whether the conversation ever happens — and it is entirely buildable.
Being good at your work and being visible for it are two different assets. The second one can be built deliberately.
Yours
Media Room
A branded press page carrying your placements and coverage record, maintained for you throughout the engagement — built for you to link to and for buyers to find.
Per Release
Syndication
Distribution across a national network of publisher sites, with a branded report showing exactly where your release landed.
Discovery
AI Indexing
AI-engine indexing on every release, so your record is present when buyers ask an assistant — not only when they search.
What You Are Actually Buying
Two things, and you should know the difference.
One is certain. One is earned. You are entitled to know which is which before you spend a dollar, so here it is plainly.
Syndication
Contracted and certain
Your announcement is written and distributed across a national syndication network. It carries AI-engine indexing and arrives with a branded coverage report showing every placement and its URL.
Syndication buys visibility.
Earned Coverage
A journalist chooses you
We monitor live journalist requests in your field and put your expert commentary in front of the reporters actively asking for it, on deadline. Editorial coverage is a decision a newsroom makes, and it is earned on the strength of what you have to say.
Earned coverage buys credibility.
Commitments
What is promised, and what is earned.
Distribution is certain. Editorial is earned. You will always be told which one you are getting.
Engagements
Scoped to you, not sold as a package.
Every engagement starts with one question: are we building one person’s reputation, or an organization’s market position? That answer sets the scope, the cadence, and the investment. We arrive at it together on the call, and it is confirmed in writing before any work begins.
For an Individual
One executive, one record
Authors, founders, physician-executives, board candidates, and leaders in transition. Positioning built around a single dated moment, or sustained across a quarter to establish a durable public record.
A reputation, deliberately built.
For a Firm
Multiple voices, one position
Organizations whose leadership bench should be publicly credible, not only the founder. Coordinated positioning across spokespeople, sustained quarterly, with timelines agreed in advance for each announcement.
Market position, coherently held.
What Every Engagement Includes
Positioning first. Distribution second.
- Authority positioning — what you should be known for, and to whom
- Message development written to survive a careful buyer’s scrutiny
- Announcement strategy — what is newsworthy, when it should go, in what sequence
- Syndicated distribution and AI-engine indexing
- Ongoing monitoring of journalist requests in your field
- A branded media room, maintained for you under your name throughout the engagement
- Itemized coverage reporting with placement URLs
The Investment
Where the money goes is the difference.
Executive PR is structured differently from a conventional agency retainer, and the difference is where the investment lands. The positioning work is done directly by the practitioner whose name is on the practice — senior judgment applied to your record, not delegated down a bench. Distribution is part of the engagement rather than a separate line item, and the coverage it produces stays yours: live placement URLs on the open web, and the itemized report in your own files.
Scope is set to the moment rather than to the calendar: a single announcement, or a full quarter of sustained positioning. There is no retainer minimum. For a leader in a regulated field, that concentration is often worth more than a broader program bought by the month, because every dollar is aimed at one reader — the careful buyer deciding whether you are credible.
The investment is discussed on the call and confirmed in writing afterward. There is no cart and no checkout, because the right scope depends on where your authority stands today, and that is not something a price table can determine.
Why Regulated Industries
I know what your buyer is looking for.
Most communications playbooks are written for consumer brands. Executive PR was built for a different world: the one where a physician-executive, a compliance leader, or a CIO is quietly deciding whether you are credible before they ever take a call.
That is the world I have operated in for 49 years — across telecommunications, aviation, airline management, healthcare and pharmaceutical, and emerging technology. Five regulated industries. Four kinds of transformation. I have enabled more than 150,000 professionals through that work, and I write about it as a Forbes Business Council member, a member of the Senior Executive Healthcare Think Tank, and the author of Pivoting to Technology Adoption: Mind the Gap.
I host an IAB-certified podcast with 120+ episodes downloaded in 64 countries, and publish an executive newsletter. That practice is how I know what reads as credible to a careful buyer — and it is why the language written for you holds up under scrutiny.
Your subject is your own: governance, compliance, infrastructure, risk, clinical operations, workforce adoption. What I bring is the platform and the judgment about how that subject should be presented to the person who is paid to be careful.

One conversation, 30 or 60 minutes, no obligation. We will look at what your buyers find when they check you, and whether there is something worth building. If it is not a fit, I will tell you that as well.
